We have dealt with water damages and flood restorations for over 25 years, and we understand the nature of these challenges. We have experience with water damage from leaking appliances, water heaters and plumbing as well as overflowing toilets, bathtubs, and sinks. We have also addressed damage from natural sources, such as flooding from storms. Part of the challenge is due to the fact that not all the water damage is ever immediately discovered. A second problem is caused by the length of time a building has been wet. Sometimes secondary damage is caused due to long exposure to moist conditions. Finally, mold is always a concern. Under the right circumstances, mold may begin to colonize within 72 hours.
Each water damage is unique and poses various challenges. Once the water has been removed, we deal with the damage that it has caused. We do this by working with you and your insurance adjuster to establish a scope of damage and a reasonable cost of repair. We then replace floors, walls, vanity cabinets, cabinets, trim, doors, and whatever else may have been ruined. Finally, we paint, wallpaper, or stain to return your home or business to its original condition quickly and efficiently.
This historic home had extensive ice and snow damage during the winter and we were called in to restore many of the rooms, windows, walls and ceilings due to the flood damage.
